Unlikely, to say the least.
Occasionally, because of divorce or bankruptcy, folk list their homes really cheap. But, not this cheap.
Their is not a real estate agent in America that would put a listing on MLS for a home they themselves would just buy for pocket change. If it was that cheap, the agent would buy it. Even if it were way more, fifty grand, a hundred grand, the agent would just buy it.
There is a scam here, for sure. |

It's a typo... It can't be a raffle as it is an MLS listing.
Even as a wrecked foreclosure you can knock down the house and the empty land would be worth thousands in this neighborhood of Maryland.
My advice.. give the agent a call and buy 2 of them...lol |

Likely a typo, although it could be some kind of hideous wreck on the inside after a foreclosure, and someone is trying to get rid of it.
Or it could be a property owned by a man and wife being divorced, and one of them is selling it for pennies to make sure the other half gets next to nothing out the division of assets part of the divorce. (I've heard of MANY women pulling this kind of stunt.) |

Print out that ad, take it to them with $19 cash and ask for the keys and deed to the house. If they refuse, sue for false advertising. Good luck with that. |

Yeah, I would say no to that. Unless there is a really bitter divorce and this is someone's way of getting even, but what realtor would take a commission off of a 19 dollar house? |

most likely a typo... especially in annapolis. you should go to the real estate agents web site and look at his listings. it would be nice if we could buy houses that cheap around here wouldn't it?

Anything is always possible. But it is very unlikely. I used to do mortgages for a living and a house can be sold for 1 penny for that matter.
