I want to be a Realtor bad! But the pay isn't so good necessarily. I want to be a Travel Agent on the side until I can "make a name"for myself in the Real Estate business. I would probally sale real estate Mon-Thur and take calls as a Travel Agent on Friday and Saturday. I go to church on Sunday but afer that I would take calls as well. So what do you think? Is it too much? I am really organized and I work excellent under pressure and deadlines. Thanks in advance.

Of course it's possible.
But, it's going to depend on what kind of agents you want to be. Personally, if I need to see a house on a Saturday (when most people do their looking), I'm not going to be too happy if you say "I'm wearing my travel agent hat today, so I can't show you anything until after I pray on Sunday."
If I have travel I need to get booked, I'm also not going to be too happy if I call you on Monday and you can't handle my needs until Friday.
Edit: Instead of 6itching about the spam, just report them. They don't care if you are screaming at them that you don't want a website. Just report them and ignore it.
Sorry, Sundays would be a dealbreaker for me. Unless you have a purely Mormon clientele, I expect a R.E. agent to be able to deal with me on Sundays. Additionally, open houses are usually on Sundays. |
