The issue is not whether your neighbors are illegals. The issues are the problems with parking and your quite enjoyment. First thing, you need to send a letter to the apartment management and list your issues. By law, apartment management must response and resolve issues within a reasonable time. If issues and problems have not been resolved or responded, then contact upper apartment management. On your rental agreement, it should state the name of the management company. If it's the apartment manager address then you need to check with county records or city records or the department of RE to get the real owner's address. After you obtain the information, send a letter too along with your past letters. I'm sure you will get some results. |
