Go to the assessor page of what county you live in or whatever county you are trying to find the price of a home.. (ex-- bell county assessors page in a search engine) usually you can input an address and the house will come up with a picture.. location.. all details on that house... taxes.. and what it is worth and how many people have owned it. The only time that this page would not work if it is for new construction... Good luck!

Depends on where you live. Do a google search for your county appraisal district office.

http://www.zillow.com is the best. No form to fill out. Put your address and get the value along with other details...like current year tax, last sell price...excellent site...and they are pretty much an accurate.

There are sites available, but the accuracy of them is very questionable. Some charge a fee, too, beware! In some places you can go by the property tax assessment, depending on where you live, they can be very accurate to the value of your home. Call a couple of realtors for a FREE market analysis and get some ideas, or call a licensed appraiser for a very accurate figure. Good Luck.

A website won't be very accurate. What you need to do is to contact a realtor in your area. Most of them will do a free market analysis on your home and will give you the best idea of what your home is worth on the open market. Or even better, shell out the $$ for an appraiser. A professional appraisal is what your bank looks at when defining the worth of your home, what they will loan on it, or what they will loan to you if you're trying to get extra money for something.

I thinks its Dietech.com. You know the stupid commercials that say lost another loan to Dietech. Its there web site. Theres a button on the bottom of the page for appraisels. You punch your house number in and walla!

I wouldn't hold too much water to what they say. They told me my house doesn't exist.

Alot of these will work but don't forget they will not be accurate. They will be in the old market and now we are in a whole new game. Everyone is having a hard time appraising homes at this time.
