It's just a house. Not a home. The white is nothing short of sterile and cold. There's nothing I like about it. It's definitely a large house but certainly not worth the money. I'd rather have a home that I could "live" in and not have to scrub in before I went inside. |

Personally, I do not like the house. It's to plain. I hate the kitchen, I love to cook and that kitchen wouldn't work well for cooking and cooking larger amounts when you have guests. I think the price is to high. You can get a much nicer and useable house starting around $500,000 Do to the house style, and and the white cabinets, you do not have much to choose from as far as furniture and appliances. I prefer wood stained cabinets because you can change appliance colors according to your taste as it changes. Why pay that much money for a house, if you have to ripe out cabinets or refinish them. The bath room isn;t the greatest. The bathtub should closer to the window. Wouldn't it be nice to soak in a hot bubble bath as you look at the night sky or birds in the backyard? The sinks didn't have any counter space. That is fine for guys, but women like a little more room. (I think) I did like the BBQ area though :) |

I love the dark wood floors.
The interior decorating is a little monochromatic for my taste - I prefer more color but that's not something that can't be changed.
It's labeled as a cabana so I wouldn't consider it any of the above (mansion, etc.) - probably regular size (I didn't see the square footage listed) but nicer than average in a more exclusive area which is probably why the price is so high. |

I think that the outside is really traditional and its really nice. Yes it is gorgeous and totally worth what the price is asking. Except i think that you wouldnt have to get it because there are other houses that are worth more but are less. but if you have the money then get it, its a lot of money and i love it. i wouldnt have the money and its pretty overpricy but cool cuz its in LA.i would consider it a mini manision because on the outside it looks like a house but on the inside it looks like a mansion. i love the floors and the overall design of the house. i would love to live there and maybe you would to. The overall modenness of the house makes the house look even better. the backyard is excuisite and i think that i would want to live in it!!! i like the dark wood floors with the light white walls becasue it really balances out the whole house.
The fireplace is beutiful it makes the room glow.
I love the kitchen tiles and the lightings in the walls around the house. the stairs are very cool except no side railings if i was living there i would add staircases if there were kids around or if you babysitting someones kids like family or friends are over .the cabana is really cool but what would happen if it would rain there? i know it doesnt always rain in la but what would happen if it did im just curious!!!!
