Obviously your name on the lease. If you don't want him to live there then he has no right to ask you this. Why put his name on the lease, it will not benefit you in any way.
If he doesn't pay his way now then he won't do it in the future.
Keep him kicked out and let him pay for his own place!

Its up to the landlord if he agrees to him becoming a co tenant, if you own it and he wants to become a Tenant in Common I would run a mile.
If he did not pay the bills before he wont change now. You could end up homeless too. |
