If there is a lease you have to wait until it is done.
In most states you have to give 30 days. In CA you have to give 60 if they were there 2 years. |

until their contract expires! if no contract at least give them a 30 days notice! |

That depends on the agreement you signed with your landlord. If you are on a month to month agreement, then you should give 30 days notice. If you have a lease, then your lease details the procedures and costs of terminating the lease early.
Read the agreement you signed. You should have read it BEFORE you signed it. |

If there is a lease: the end of the lease.
Otherwise: one month notice is probably right. |

i think u need to see a judge to evict someone. Maybe if u talked to the tenants u wont need a judge. |

It depends on if they have a lease or not.
If they have a lease - you must give them till the lease is up. You cannot kick somone out for no reason if they have a lease.
If they are on a month to month agreement then you just have to give them 30 days notice. |

Your lease should have an early out clause stating how much time a tenant has to give if they with to leave early. The lease that my tenants sign states 60 days. I am a PA landlord |

Should say right in your lease, usually 30 days or so though |

it depends on your lease, if you have a lease for a period of time such as six months or a year youmeither complete the lease terms or possibly pay a penalty and normally a thirty day notice is required |

30 days is sufficient. |

You have to give 30 days notice before you move out. |

is there a lease??? I think u may have to give them as long as it takes to find a place if there is a lease! |

You should have a lease. If not......I think 60 days is pretty standard, in a written notice. An eviction would probably take at least that long. |

You'll have to check your lease. Some places require 30 days. Some require 60 days.
You may be able to get out of it early if you can find someone else to move in.
If you can't wait that long, you may want to look into subletting..
