Well.....where are you? Impossible question to answer without knowing that. What work have you done on this?

Unlike what some other's have conveyed here, it's not impossible, however you're going to have to be very flexible. West coast states are out of the question, as is the north east. You may be able to find some properties like that in Idaho, Wyoming, Montana, and down in Texas or Oklahoma. You can go to New Mexico or Arizona, although you may have to increase your price by about 100k.

Go to realtor.com and put in your specifications and see what pops up.
