You would need to prove that your income is both genuine and reliable. It would help if you could find a slightly bigger deposit (95% loans are expensive). Otherwise, your income seems fine for this size loan, providing (as the other poster said) you do not have a lot of outstanding finance elsewhere and have a good credit history. |
