If you want to talk to him and negotiate...try not calling him a POS...he may take offense and demand that you move or terminate your tenancy for destruction of property...If you didn't clean it ..YOU WERE WRONG..If you did...talk to him..but if you insult him be prepared for a cold response. |

I'm a leasing agent and this actually happened at one of my properties, someone puked in the hallway and didn't clean it up. My maintenance guy had to do it.
Bottom line...you should've cleaned it up. In fact, I would've slapped you with a grounds fine for not cleaning it up, so I guess that would make me a piece of **** from hell too.
We don't know what's in your puke. Whether it is from a night on the town drinking or a stomach virus, we don't want any part of it. It's potentially hazardous bodily fluids that aren't ours. What you did was just plain rude and disrespectful. Your landlord has every right to be angry with you. |
