The most important thing to do is have a sit down talk with your mom and stay positive. If your mom says it is true then pick out all of the necessities and anything you do not need, give to your mother so she call try to sell so your mom's debt won't be as bad! GOOD LUCK!♥♥♥♥ |

Sounds like it unless it is a scam letter aimed at getting personal information.
You can ask your mom about it but it is her personal financial situation. Are you out of the house or still living at home? |

Start packing.... that's all i can suggest you do. The house is no longer hers as the bank has foreclosed on it and are selling it at auction... it's a done deal. I hope your mom has found a new place to live. |
