First, settle down, this is not close to rape. He is an a$$hole, but that does not make him a rapist.
Just say no. When I was young I would say no with a laugh, to make sure they got it, I am so out of their league the question is funny. I am older now and would likely beat the **** out of anyone who toughed me.
But, I have daughters, beautiful ones at that. I have taught them how to make sure a creep knows he is not welcome and not up to her standards. You did not mention the nationality, but there are a few this will not work on. You literally will need to formally complain. The same creeps that can not take no for an answer are very afraid of the police. If you need to file an "assault" complaint, and grabbing is assault, the police will know exactly what is going on when they see the nationality of the creep.
For more advanced skills I send my daughters to their dad. You should talk to yours. Maybe not tell him about this, but in general. He can show you some moves that will take care of things with this bozo. Every young woman needs to know how to protect herself from overly assertive males, but the males who want to protect you are better instructors then other women.
Do not let anyone tell you drinking is an excuse for any behavior at all. It is not. A drunk person would not violate their own ethics any more then a sober one. People might loosen up, but their ethics are not effected by alcohol. |

Well thats a crumby situation. I would talk it over with him in a public place. Hopefully he'll be embarrassed and willing to relocate on his own. If you have to ask him to leave just make sure you get the keys and return the money to him that you owe him. |

I would find that weird too. I would just tell him in the morning that I didnt like his behavior and ask him to leave, say you want all the keys back and you dont mind giving him his money back.. just in case he is a freak, change ur dook locks... too

i would just tell him he needs to leave as what he did was most inappropriate. you do not need to give him his rent money back unless you want to. he is being evicted for good cause and you have a right to keep the rent for the month that he paid for. you shouldn't have to lose a dime. you didn't do anything wrong. he did, i would get the key back before telling him hes not getting it tho. |

as long as you feel he is not a direct threat now, i would just wait until tomorrow (once the alcohol has cleared out) to approach him. if you are super uncomfortable leave the house and go to a friends. you can then approach him the next day (in a public place of course) and tell him it is not going to work. if you feel this will cause problems, maybe tell a white lie and just say an old friend is moving back so you have no choice but to let him go. |

How much alcohol did he consume? People do things that they don't mean to when under the influence. If you feel uncomfortable around him now because of that, by all means ask him to leave. Just give him cash, so he could perhaps get a motel room until he finds alternate permanent accommodation.
I think it would be better to do it in person, rather than by a note. Ask him for the keys to be returned, and if you don't trust him, perhaps get the locks changed. |

go to a friends house & wait till tomorrow
when he's all hungover, that way he won't
do something stupid, then take someone you
know & trust with you back home and tell
the guy that you didn't like the way he behaved
& that you need the keys back & hand him his money.
Now if he gets agressive or doesn't hand the keys back
call the cops. Its your right cause your renting
him so you can kick him out whenever you want.
But really it just sounds like he's a horny drunk dude.
I'm sure after the alcohol goes down he will be back to normal.

i have been in that situation before but it was much worse and i know how upset u must be, but u have to realize that this guy was drunk and was acting stupid!! honestly if i was u i would just talk to him, i know it might be a bit uncomfortable but u should let him know how u feel about what he did and give him far warning by telling him if it ever happens again hes going to have to leave.. it should work and if he tries it again then make him leave (even call the cops if u have to) u know how men can get when they have a little alcohol in their system!! if u ever need someone to talk to about this more i would be more than happy to talk to u about it and even share my story with u, it might make u feel better lol u can email me at:
