Most tenancy agreements have the same terms. Speak to your landlord or agency now, they may be completely reasonable and if they intend to ask you to leave you have plenty of time to sort things out. If they are decent they should let you stay unitl the end of the contract or at least refund your deposit as you are giving them plenty of notice and not intending to break the terms of the contract. |

I would write to your landlord or the managing agents. Technically you will be in breach, however this can be settled if you have your landlord written consent. Such consent cannot be unreasonably withheld.
Besides he would be such a git if he said no! |

You did not mention where you live. There are states in the US that have specific guidelines for the number of people who can live in a property based on the number of bedrooms.
There are also regulations concerning the number of unrelated people who can live in a property before the property has to be classified as a different type. This is a UK law.
So, what your rights are will vary based on the local laws and also what is in your contract (lease or rental agreement).
1. Get out the agreement and see what it says.
2. Contact the local authority that sets the landlord-tenant regulations to see if there are limits on the number of people who can live in a property. In the extreme all properties have limits and there could be clear legal limits.
3. Contact your landlord and discuss anything that is not clear or which you want to discuss.
4. You obviously do not have much to worry about right now. You might find that there is nothing to worry about after the baby is born. Or you might find that living there as a family of 4 makes less sense than when you were a family of 3. By researching the rules and regulations you will know what is legal for this property and any others where you might live at some point in the future.
Good luck! |

You signed the agreement for 3, it is legally binding, yes he has every right to evict you if he wants, talk to him or her and see how they feel about the new addition. |

if you tell your landlord you are pregnant and will make it over 3 people living in your house then hopefully he wil either let you carry on living there or help you find somewhere else! if you are with a letting agency they should help you find somewhere! |

I doubt it. The clause in your contract probably only refers to 3 or more unrelated people.
If your landlord tries to evict you after the birth of your second child, remind him or her that he or she would be basing his/her decision solely on the fact that your family has an additional child.
Nobody -- not even mean, nasty landlords -- likes to be accused of discrimination, and in this situation you'd have a good case for discrimination against a child. |

Plain and simple. The agreement limits the number of individuals living in the rented property. If you exceed that amount, you have violated the agreement and the landlord will have the right to evict you if you refuse to leave. |

Toddlers and babies are each classified as point 5, therefore your pregnancy does not put you in breach of your tenancy agreement. In my experience landlords are generally more concerned that tenants do not have pets. If, however, in the unlikely event that your landlord makes an issue, contact the CAB(Citizens Advice Bureau).
Enjoy your pregancy, stop worrying and best wishes, J |

Firstly - CONGRATULATIONS!
Secondly, to answer your question: Absolutely NOT! If you were fired because you got pregnant, that would be unfair dismissal.
You are completely within your rights as a woman to get pregnant, and I dont think the landlord would have a leg to stand on if you challenged him.
Finally, if your landlord was to try and kick ye out because you were "breaking you tenancy aggreement", then he sounds like a miserable old git! Do you want to be putting money in his back pocket every week? |

Is your landlord into birth control, i would speak to the citizens advice, this could be deemed as an unreasonable clause. |
