fix it up. it will pay off! take a loan for the expenses. make it look really nice ....you may get more than you need. my brother is doing this now. in the first weekend the house went on the market he got four showings and the property is causing some buzz. he's thinking now that the house is priced to low....what was the asking price is now where the bidding starts |

don't count on a real fast sale in the current marketplace - the number of unsold new homes and existing homes for sale is double the number during the realestate boom 2-3 yrs ago and it;s tougher for people to get mortgages now |

If you find you cannot sell it in a traditional way due to market conditions, try selling by Rent to Own or by Owner/Seller Financing. If you are creative with these methods, you can command a premium sale and you do not need to pay off your existing mortgage until the buyer finishes paying you off. If you are unsure how to go about this, there is a website that offers programs in which you submit your property, they take care of the marketing, place the buyer and manage/service everything for you all without charging you anything. www.rent2ownmarket.com is the web address. Hope this helps! |

I agree Fish 4 has worked well for people I know, though you can add your own property to www.rightmove.co.uk and its a set price no percentage etc.
Hope that helps ! |

To sell quickly you need to be the best looking and best priced home on the market, compared to your competition. Quickly in some areas could be many months. You need to get it exposed. Call a local Realtor and talk to them. |

Investors may be prepared to buy it from you as a cash and therefore quick sale, problem is that the market is currently slowing and so finding people prepared to buy is not as easy as it was say 1-2 years ago. |
