i cant park infront of my garage because it wasn't built properly and if i park their it will block everyone else in!
but my neighbour can and he has plenty of room but insists on parking outside the front of the house leaving his driveway free...
so now i have no where to park! .... next door only rent their house and we have tried to talk to them about it but he just said he wasn't moving his car ....
i dont like talking to them because he is very rude and to be honnest im quite scared of him (you should hear him shouting throught the wall)

He is parking on the public street. His rights equal yours.
You have no right to tell him where he can or can not park.
Of course he is being "rude", he is hearing unreasonable demands from HIS rude neighbor. |

Unfortunately the street is public domain. You cannot control who parks in front of your house. This guy also sounds like a complete jerk, so be careful. Other than getting there first you really can't do anything about it. I suppose you could go down to the police department and ask if there are any ordinances he is violating, but I doubt it. Other than moving you may have to tolerate this junk. |

No, sorry but unless he is illegally parked (e.g. on double yellow lines) there's nothing you can do about it.
Why don't you park IN your garage? That's what it's there for. |

You say " but my neighbour can". I am perhaps wrongly assuming the neighbour is parking there legally. If that is the case, you can think of whether it might be a benefit to remove your garage. It may be that the garage being poorly planned is your problem.
Or can you move it a bit?
I will hazard a guess that your neighbour is not going to yield without some inducement, perhaps not at all. |

The only thing you can do is contact the neighbors landlord and ask him to please direct his tenent to park off the street!, Unless the street is private, there is nothing else you can do. You CAN'T have the vehicle towed. |

Call your land lord, he has no right keeping his driveway free and leaving you no where to park. Or you can park in his drive way just to get on his nerves, or maybe it wont get on his nerves and he'll just decide to move his car so you're not parking in his drive way. And if he asks you to move your car just say "Until you move your car so I can park there, I'm parking in your drive way." He needs to let you park. |

If you're unwilling to ask him, how do you expect him to accomodate you? If he won't, and it's a public street,anyone can park there. If the parking place is privately owned, you'll have to ask the owner. |
