Ok all the people who were nasty answering my questions you do not know the situations?
There are drug dealers hanging out at my front door dealing drugs to people and the police and landlord will not do a thing so I am not being nasty by just leaving and moving to a better place for me and my husband who has a brain injury now who is being nasty we are both on disability and I just wanted to know if we could be garnised if taken to court

Sam
The problem is having to spend any time in a holding or jail cell ... that's probably where they'll "garnised" your lights out.

I don't see where your first question was not being answered honestly. So you got a couple of "not so nice answers", big deal! If you don't like the answers you get from the folks here then don't ask any more questions. See a lawyer...bet you won't like his answer either!!

Why don't you simply learn how to phrase a question more effectively, which would obviously include making sure that you mention all pertinent information.

Or is it everyone elses fault that you failed to disclose important facts?

Make an appointment with a lawyer, and tell him or her you want to know how to do a "constructive eviction" properly.

Alex
Yes they can.. and I hope they do.

Shadow
Ahhh... Hhhmmm... you have a big problem.

If you signed anything, you could be liable. Why don't you just call the police on the drug dealers?
