If you and not the condo assn truly owns it , put up fencing all around it with lock on the land side, so no one else can really use it |

Go to the condo association or whatever it's called (ha) and let 'em know! Unless you mean that you own the whole condo building, in that case ya just gotta tell the people trying to use it that they can't or put a private property sign up. Actually, just put a private property sign up, that should work! |

For Instant Gratification,
You should be able to have the boat towed. The locale port authority or dock association will usually assist you with this if you let them know there is a problem. We live in Lake Arrowhead and they tow the illegally docked boat to the ramp where there is a local tow company waiting with a boat trailer. It will cost them a bunch to get their boat out of impound. |

so you own the condo and the boat dock or you own a condo that uses a boat dock and other condo owners also have access to that dock?
If you specifically own the boat dock you can tell them they can't use it and can ask the police to enforce. otherwise you are SOL |

put a sign, if it doesn't work, have the patrol boat give them a ticket. They love doing it. You could go untie their boat and let it float away. |

If you truly own the dock and it's not a shared dock, you need to put a "Private Dock" sign out stating that trespassers will be prosecuted and alert the police as to what is going on. Even if it's a shared dock, the other co-owners probably don't want anybody using it either. |
