The correct answer is 15,000 But He/ or she is most likely splitting the commission with the selling agent . 6% or 7% is a typical commission a Broker asks for and is negotiable . |

$15,000 is the total 6% fee, usually the broker gets 3%($7,500) and the realotor gets 3% ($7,500)unless it is a multipule listing and then 2 realtors split getting 1.5% each ($3,750 ea). Hope this helps. |

Don't forget that she splits that with the buyer agent and then with her broker. She is an independant contractor so she pays taxes quarterly and BOTH side of Social security plus her dues and fees and license renewal and continuing education, etc. Not to mention gas, car. insurance, her mortgage, etc. |
