Yep, in the US anyway. He can call the sheriff and have you arrested and the health department (who has to clean it up) who will fine you. 15K in California. |

Omg, as hilarious and justifying as this would be, your psycho landlord probably would try to take legal action, so I suggest not actually doing it, but definitely imagining how satisfying it would be about 1000 times a day! |

If he has your details he can take legal action and this will be as embarassing as hell.
Do soemthing little but annoying, like stretch a balloon over his cars exhaust pipe and secure it with heavy duty tape. After driving for a while, he will hear a MASSIVE bang and get scared sh!tless.

lol that is sick, but yes you can report him for harassing you... always get to the top.. theirs always someone above another so just make a few calls and get him back! and about the pooping lol thats hilarious but you can do better then that.. make him clean it up like smear it or something lol not just poop it's too easy.
