REVENGE! How can I get my landlord back?
I moved out yesterday. My landlord was a real deadbeat and a jerk - refused to fix the broken toilet, wouldn't let me have guests for more than 2 days, put threatening notes on my visitors' cars, shut off my air conditioning when I aked him to fix the toilet, etc.

I'm going by today to make sure I didn't forget anything and leave the key. I am looking for good ideas of what to do as my "parting shot," preferably without being caught, arrested, or killed.

Creativity counts. My favorite idea gets 10 points and my eternal gratitude.

Take a crap in the broken toilet. No flushing...but being broken I assume that is not problem. Is aunt flo around....change that too if so.

If you are too lady like for that, invite your "heftiest" male friend to come with you and take him out for some mexican before you go.

well this will be so much fun for you...I hope you get lots of good suggestions from everyone....

Something simple..?... after looking to make sure you haven't left anything....fill the key holes with super glue..Just put the little tip in the lock and squeeze... it dries fast enough ...you shouldn't get caught.

You could get some "gorilla glue" ( it's a brand of wood working glue..and it has an expansion ability, so if you do this use this glue)
and empty most of the bottle down the drain in the tub. while the glue sets up it will expand clogging the drain bad.

1. Call the local Better Business Bureau and tell them.
2. If there's a group like "Apartment Finders" in your town, you could tell them. Or there might be groups like Apartment Finders with web sites rating the local apartments.
3. Post his email and name here or elsewhere on the web, asking people to send him a message. You can suggest the message.
4. Write something in the grass using vegetation killer.
5. Squirt superglue in the lock.
6. Put up notes on all the telephone poles within a mile of his place with his picture and saying that he's "wanted" for tenant abuse.

If you never complained to the actual owner why bother now? You have moved out.... move on.... besides if you do something stupid you are jeopardizing getting some or all of your security deposit back!

This will work like a charm and won't cause any immeidate damage to implicate you. Put some type of meat in the air condtioning vents. Simply unscrew the vent covers in your apartment and throw in an assortment of meats (raw gound meat, pork chops, bacon, etc.). You can also use luncheon meats like salami, ham, or bologna. Put the vents back in place and leave your apartment with the satisfaction of knowing that the meat will rot and smell very badly in about a week....hey, the longer it sits, the better it gets. Good luck.

Stop at the pet store and pick up some crickets... that will be fun for him to clean up. How about bugs in general? Its too bad you couldn't pick up a road kill on the way over and hide it somewhere, like the attic. It would be ripe in a week or two, and I'm sure he would have a tough time to re-rent with that odor! Good Luck!

Sweet Dreams
just kill him with kindness.
that would never get you in jail or caught.

you could remove the pins from the door hindges... Pour super glue down the kitchen and bathroom sinks to plug them up. If its in a bad neighborhood live the doors and windows unlocked or even open and let the homies take care of the situation...

endsjustmeans
1: Glue the windows shut.
2: "Accidentally" give the landlord the wrong key.
3: Pour kitty litter into the tank on the toilet.
4: Melt about 3 pounds of shortening, then pour it down the kitchen sink.
Will let you know when I come up with more answers.
