My crystal ball says ... only the bank knows what their bottom line is. But a purchase without a loan closes faster and could help fill the gap, and the worst thing that can happen is that they say no. |

The bank has not idea what the RE agent is doing, it is the FMV that is important here, not list price.
But if the FMV is 166ish I think they will take 150k cash, no contigencies. |
