I moved in to a up and down stairs house where theirs is two units we liver on the topWe first moved in da electric went off da first month we moved in and we had to take. Our deposit to pay half of the electric when we shouldn't have had to on top of dat we had to pay back what we took from the deposit. Up and down stairs share water and electric so its supposed to be split right. Now the water went off about 3 times maybe only one was our fault but we took care of it our neighbor washes clothes till like 2- 3:30. 4 am somenights I know dis because we can hear it plus the dryer beeps wen its done.the neighbors call the realtor making all these complaints about us we never did the realty gets involved for everything our washer is broke dryer is broke kitchen sink leaks water from the nob our floor feels like your going to fall through on certain areas of the unit now we barley do washing at home due to the fact that we would have to stand next to the washer the whole time its on.the neighbors call n make complaints about things we never did they have people who smoke dope ice over all the time I I know this because. one of the lady is my step fathers sister in law. I cut the grass near the mail box where the neegjbor used to park her car when I cut the grass ldfirst time we moved in I find bags of dope on da ground. It all started from people stealing from some pakalolo to make a long story short my step father needed medical marijuana and we were in da prodded of picking up the medical marijuana liscence the neighbor husband use marijuana she said so it was okay. It went well until she started showing her guests than I came home n some of her guests had went and help their self to the plants that we had growing.I asked hernixe if she new about it n I just was home and the plant was fine also the hedges we're tall. Went to my uncles to spar chicken when I came home I see the hedges were trimmed so I was like alright. I went to the back and something was clipped off. It was just on before I left so if u put two and two together before I left the plants were fine and the hedge was not cut I come home1. 1/2 hours later the hedge was cut and so was da plants ski asked her if her guests. Were taking things if they can not have them. Come around after that it was tourcherfull. U see I had some Roosters. I asked them if it was fine with them they said it was okay as long as I had them like out of the way so. All the surrounding houses had roosters that's y I ask if I could bring mine asked realtor if it was fine he said yes next thing u know I had a little bbq for my birthday with my mom sister a few of my family in da back yard they just walked to their door stop and looked at my family like we were from mars or if we was doing something wrong it was uncomfortable to my family with them staring I.ask is something wrong are we not supposed to be back here or what im the on keeps the grass green and clean front and back before we got herein was all dirty mangleaves piled up near wall. Now as the bills come its under her name right so she docent bring the bill to us so we can figure out the split she waits until its backed up or off or even one day begot its due or going off that's not fair to us and she only shows us a copy of the bill wen its like 900 we only missed one previous bill which was like 200$ something now me and my frend would split our half he comes n tells me my half is like273$ I say cannot be that mean u have o pay 273 I pay 273 n so on for only missing one payment only due to thefact she showed us the months bill the day out was due.
