I'm trying to respond to some of the negative responses about Ford Chapman who was also duped by Jeremy Richardson Equities. Ford has his own business and was working alongside with Jeremy helping find properties for customers. It was'nt until later that Ford found out Jeremy wasn't refunding people's money and stopped working with him. Ford Chapman has been valiantly helping the people who have been bilked and trying to return their money and warning others to not deal with this stinking scumbag that is Jeremy Richardson!
I'm sorry about what happenned to you. Jeremy Richardson took adavantage of me also and owes me over $3000. I went to their offices numerous times and Ford Chapman was working there as well. I have been in close contact with Ford and he has helped me tremendously and has warned others of Jeremy's despicable plans to steal money. He has saved many people from giving this trashbag Jeremy Richardson money! Ford has informed me he is being interviewed by Katu channel 2 news at noon today about this ordeal and the whereabouts of this felon. |

This man did the same to my family as he did you. I was one of the lucky ones and got $2000 of my money back, only because I was talked into living in one of his vacant houses instead of him giving me my money back, and when it came time to move, I said I had to have that money to move. This man and his company are one of the best oiled machines to produce lies that I've ever seen. They are sooo convincing it is outright unreal. We spent 5 weeks in a hotel because of this idiot. His practices are illegal, and worse. Call the FBI if you ever meet him, he can't hide for long. I'll visit him in jail, I swear I will. He is the reason that my 11 year old daughter had to go to 3 different schools this year. And I wonder if his whole staff was in on it? I at least think one two of them were. |

I understand your severe frustration and heartache. There are a lot of people who have been wronged by this piece of @#%$. But We need to exercise control and self restraint. On one of the posting the former address of Jeremy was publicly displayed. The problem with that is there are still little children living in that residence. Their have been a lot of very angry people, who have good reason to be, threatening injury to him. More power to you, but please do not list the addresses of innocent children online. I had the listing removed because the possible harm of minors, is a very real possibility in a volatile situation such as this. Once again please, please understand that when you post, you are responsible for the outcome. |

I am an investor that was fooled by Jeremy. I have to say in response to the person blaming Ford Chapman that you are WRONG about him. He is working to help people get out of the messes Jeremy has caused!
Before he left Richardson Equities he called and saved me from getting into real big trouble.
Everyone was fooled by sly old Jeremy's fast talking. Ford left when he discovered things we not on the up and up. He is still helping me with the properties I ended up with as well as many others. Please reconsider your opinion of him. |

Yes, we too were scammed by Jeremy Richardson Equities, LLC. It was in November/December of 2006. We found a home and made an offer on that home. We payed Jeremy $2500 for down-payment. Jeremy tried getting $10,000 from us for a down-payment. He stated that the price of our home required a much larger down payment. To which we reminded him that his staff had told us that it did not matter the price of the home...all that would ever be required of us was a $2500 down-payment for any home we found. We stuck to our guns and only payed the $2500 down-payment. Our offer was accepted on the home...closing did happen but happened late and Jeremy failed to let us know what the bottom line would be on payments per month. He told us to go ahead and move into the home and that we would sit down and go over the contract after we had moved into the home. After moving into the home Jeremy kept putting us off to go over the contract. Once we got him on the phone to go over the lease we found that our monthly payment was substantially more than the on-line calculator projected and more than Jeremy had initially stated would be. We had to move out of the house just 3 short weeks after moving in. We were scared, and on the brink of becoming homeless, and newly pregnant with our second child. My oldest child and I moved into a spare room at my parents house while my husband moved into a friends livingroom back in Eugene. Jeremy had made us feel that we were 100% in the wrong for this whole deal...little did i know that he was a snake and taking advantage of others. I should have listened more to my intuition about the whole situation. I hope that justice is given to all those who were made victims by Jeremy Richardson's greed. |

My fiancee and I were looking for a home because we were getting kicked out of our apartment at the end of the month because we have pit bulls. We payed 5K for to them so we could get into a house, they told us that it would take 6 weeks to get things closed, i called them often to make sure things were going as planned, we knew we would have to be in a hotel for a week, the day that we were suppose to come in to sign the papers i got ah old of them and they said they didn't buy the house ( go figure) they said the only reason they would of called me is to give me a curtisy call (which would have been nice considering i havent heard from them) so by the grace of god we met a man who is an angel and now we are in a wonderful home, another man that should be in trouble for this is FORD CHAPMAN who was supposivly the Realtor who was buying the house for us so people just beware!!!! |
