I have been looking to buy a flat cos of the prices recently have fallen.
But my credit rating its not very good,i do have credit cards bank cards
but if i get refused a mortgage from my bank
Should i consider paying some one to get me a mortgage i have seen that happening?
I earn over £14000 a year and other incomes that i can't declare but i will be better of buying a flat cos i am paying more rent then i would of have to repay the mortgage.
If i did what would happen if i get cough?
I don't have any problems of repaying but the credit rating lets me down cos i have been in the country for over 3 years now that's why.
Any suggestions?
or any legal way of getting the mortgage?

You say "but if I get refused a mortgage" - seems to me you should ask first, and not think "if" until you get a reply. And if someone else got the mortgage, then the property would be his, wouldn't it?
Prices are expected to continue falling for a liitle while longer. Use this time to search out a suitable property, and save every last penny you can. Banks are more favourably impressed if you can show them how responsible you are. |

There's no such thing as a free lunch. The person helping you won't be doing it with no benefit to them. Just rent a cheap bedsit and save your money up. Let your credit rating improve (which it will if you stay clean) then apply for a mortgage in a couple of years.
Bad behaviour always comes back to bite you....trust me! |

Why dont you ask someone to be a guarantor for you.
That way you are still legally getting a mortgage but the bank are happy because they have someone else to fall back on if the payments arent met. |

Remember that even if you get a mortgage, the important thing is to be able to keep up the payments, otherwise you run the risk of losing the property, and your money will have been wasted. You might manage to fool the mortgage company, but it is always worth doing things properly and honestly. Go to a professional independent mortgage broker, who will be able to tell you what is available, but make sure you an easily afford the repayments |
