Cool Hal
there are 4.333 weeks in a month so therefore monthly rent should be £303.33 a month |

colin -why?
This question is not that easy. The rent should be calculated using the lunar month of 28 days.
using the calender month, means a deficit for the landlord.
So, just tell the tenant, you want the rent every 28 days.
£2 .50 per day |

MLE
multiply the weekly rent by 4, in this case it would be 280pounds a month |

Like the others I say £303.33/month but I would round it up to £305 cover costs and insist he sets it up on a standing order and make him sign some kind of contractual agreement. |

whenever ever the rent is due every week you add it till he last paid so if he paid you yesterday next tuesday he owes you £70 then you times that by 4 and that equalls £280 every month hope that helps |
