There are hundreds if not thousands of websites on the internet enumerating the ways to apply and receive home loan when you are plagued with bad credit issues. These sites help consumers with bad credit scores to increase the viability of their existing credit scores and set up loans regardless of their credit history.Companies that specialize in bad credit home loans; usually offer a wide range of options for consumers with bad credit<!--These options include Bad Credit Home Loans, Home Equity and Line of Credit (HELOC) Loans and different options for Mortgage Refinancing, making it possible for those with bad credit to realize the dream of owning their own home. You can find Home Loans here,

They also offer a debt consolidation offer which helps the home owner organize a comprehensive program for controlling their spending. Many consumers with bad credit are grateful for the opportunity to receive a second chance, sort to speak-->Bad credit hasn't stopped them from purchasing a home. There are several programs available for people with bad credit that helps to restore their credit status and to live debt free lives.

What is BS to you may be prudent lending decisions to someone else. What are your FICO scores? What sort of reports in your file are causing the credit declines? Do you have a debt ratio problem? Credit is not a right, it is earned. Something must be killing your file for 'everybody' to decline it. Find out what it is and take steps to correct it. And the actions that led to it, if you are responsible for the reports.

I would find a good broker to help guide you thru getting your credit up to par
It took me a year of working on my credit
A good broker will know the in's and out's to help you along

Pay Cash -- you created the bull so don't get angry now because no one will give you a home mortage. Dug your own hole...Pay the creditors and this problem will clear up in about 5-8 years providing you pay every month and on time...One other thing you must pay all the bad debts off...

If you keep getting denied, there is no B.S. about it. You're score and income are just not good enough. Used to be that you could get almost any home you wanted with a high FICO score, but now, because of the mortgage crisis, more and more lenders are looking at your debt to income ratio, AND your score. Don't be angry with them. They don't want to foreclose on your home in 2 years. Pay your debts and raise your score, and they'll all be knocking down your door trying to give you a loan.

Spruce up your credit....then reapply.

FACE the music. No one owes you a home, except YOU, and you aren't making choices and taking actions to get you there. REPAIR your credit. Pay all your bills on time, utilities, phone, credit card, rent. Pay down your credit cards, paying at least twice the minimum. STOP using your credit cards. Reduce the number of credit cards with a balance, reduce your total # of credit cards. You can do it IF you really want a home, but whining and wanting won't get you there.

And WATCH out for the scammers offering to FIX your credit and/or get you a loan with bad credit.

It's loaning to people with poor credit that got us into this international financial mess.

You want to own a house? Rebuild your credit and be advised life is non-stop bull**** from cradle to grave so grow up and learn to deal with it.

Sometimes I can take the Bull**** out of it, and sometimes I can't!

Honestly, I would just keep trying. And personally, I really wish the phone was just ringing from people wanting a loan!

I've had extensive understanding of credit since mine was wrecked a few years ago.

Plus, there are still plenty of options out there for almost any credit problems.

Good Luck
