Well it looks like you have everything lined up. As a mortgage broker, my suggestion is to get educated, shop around and find a broker or bank you trust, read everything you sign and ask questions. |

they all pull from the same money... get a couple of good faith estimates and talk to a couple of Loan officers http://www.choicefinance.net/ to see who you are comfortable working with. Your rates and fees will generally be the same... there ain't no magic lender! |

Good Question. Home loans are like any commodity, they need to be comparison shopped. Especially, in a depressed market like South Florida.
Try one of the Internet quote engines to get four to six bids in minutes at no cost. This say you can have brokers bidding against themselves for your best price. There is one available at www.yourpropertypath.com, you might want to use the home insurance page as well.
Then, take these quotes to your own sources for a good comparison. |

Well the most important part is left out. Your INCOME. Just having good credit isonly one part of the equation. You will probably need to pull in about 40-50k a year to get that loan. Maybe a little less if you can get a huge downpayment . |
