Do your due diligence. Have the legal title researched. Check to see if it is marsh land or in a flood plain. Check to see if it is a protected habitat, or if there are restriction on buildings.. There is a fool in every deal, and if you don't know for sure who it is, then it is You. |

i've seen land w/ mobile homes listed in malibu for $1 million, so if this is for $5000 there's either something very wrong with it or someone is pretty much giving it away.
If you know you're not getting robbed you should do it before the offer is gone. |
