A townhouse is usually separate/on its own property with its own entrance from an outside space.
A condo is more like an apartment complex where it might share a common wall and/or sits on joint property and the the entrance might be from a shared hallway or inside space.
Based on that, I'd say townhouse! |

Check the resale value, and mait. history, vacancy, and owner to renters ratios
