Not unless you have sufficient assets to put down as collateral. If you own 2000 acres of property, then you could probably use that for collateral and get a loan. Something like that. Or thousands of shares of a high performing stock. Something along those lines.

You cannot get a mortgage on unemployment because it is not considered a steady stream of income. When your unemployment benefits run out, you don't have an income and cannot pay for your house.
