Ok, I remember you. Your house was missing, but you are not giving us much information.
Go to the county planning department, they issued the permit to move the house, they likely know the address of where it went.
I have never heard of anyone literally stealing a house, but apparently they did. How they did that without a deed is beyond me.
Once you find your house and who took it you need to contact the DA for criminal charges.

You probably haven't received an answer because people do not understand what you are asking. Was your home foreclosed? Or was the home just missing when you came home?
If foreclosed, you need to contact your mortgage company to find out if there is anything you can do. They may be able to work out something to refinance.
If the home is just missing, call the police. |

I checked your previous Questions and the Answers you got.
Everybody is trying hard to understand what you are describing.
We need to know: Are you a renter? or do you pay a mortgage and own the house?
If you can't get the right answer: Call the Police - maybe they can come out and at least ask the people that are in the house now why they think they have the right to be there.
I am thinking that you might be a renter and the landlord has lost the house to foreclosure... in this case you landlord didn't pay the bank and the bank took the house away. They don't care that you live there and probably put the notice on your door when you were away on vacation.

Did your house get foreclosed on?
Did someone else move into your house?
Did you get evicted by a landlord?
You need to detail what it is you need to know by giving us the background of your story. Most people don't leave the country and come back to their house being *tooken* (Which is not an english word by the way, the word is TAKEN) LOL
Either get a friend or someone whom has command of the english language to write your question or you will be asking a 3rd time wondering why no one on Yahoo Answers can answer! |

You will need to ask the person you got the house from either the landlord if you were a renter or the bank if you were a borrower. If you can't figure it out call your embassy and maybe they can figure it out for you. Look at any mail you got while you were gone the owner may not have made his payments so lost the house to the bank. The bank doesn't have to let you stay. Someone should have your furniture and household items you need to find them quick before they are disposed of.
