If you like the night live or if the noises from cars, drunk people etc. doesn't bother you than yes. I personally don't think it is a good idea to raise children in such a neighborhood. You might even have problems to sell it, because older people wouldn't like it and young families neither. |

An airport
Two strip clubs
Three nightclubs
70+bars and restaurants
2 high schools
1 county prison
4 liquor stores
16 churches
2 National parks
6 state and city parks
9 Grocery Stores
500+ Retail Establishments
Six minutes can be anywhere from a mile to 7 miles or more. There are bound to be elements you find unfavorable in the surrounding area. |

a home is a place where u can come to & be in peace & enjoy being there, enjoy the company of your loved one/s...where u can let your hair down & be yourself ( no inhibitions).
if u want to come home & run to a night club why waste money on a home ?...spend on a motel near a night club ??
also the night club will be a nuisance & soon u will get bored of it....
so buy a HOME not a HOUSE |

Depends on what kind of a club this is. If it's "Club Hyde" on Sunset Blvd. in Los Angeles, go ahead, if you can afford a house there.
If it's "Joe's Beauties and Beer" in... (you pick a place,) I'd stay away. |

Not really, unless you can't avoid it... club revellers usually leave in the early hours of the morning, when you are trying to sleep... shouting and laughing and fighting, sometimes.
Your cars can get damaged by people sliding past them. You say 6 mins, by foot? I have a couple of pubs near me and some nights it's just crazy, I wake up wanting to start shooting those noisy mofos.
Those are just 2 small pubs - a club would have hundreds more people. |

a 6 minute walk is about a mile, a 6 minute drive is easily 3 miles away - either way you are a long way away, unless your located downtown and there are lots of businesses around mixed in with the housing |
