Ok heres the deal HOLLY I live right next to the Pool, and these are kids who vandalise cars in our complex, they have tagged and popped tires in numerous cars, they are swearing and being so loud its just annoying. I am minding my OWN BUISNESS but I cant even think because there so loud!!! |

Report it to the manager. The pool is for the residents enjoyment, not the neighbors (or who ever they are)
I would keep an eye on them to see as to which way they are going so you can let the manager know that as well.
As a manager of an apt. building, I kick people out who aren't residents. If they want to use the pool they can rent an apartment or go to the local public pool.
Always try to give the best details to the manager and let them deal with it, thats what managers are supposed to do.

If this is the first time it has happened, I would honestly let it go, but I would note some of the people who are there. It could be a birthday or graduation party and won't happen again. However, if you keep seeing the same people who don't live there, AND they are bothering you, then you need to talk to mgmt when you pay your rent |

Call Management, but if they are guests of a person who lives in the complex, then they are legal guests and there is nothing that can be done. If they are not, then they are trespassing. |

call the owner of the apt. complex and tell them u want to use the pool but there are outsiders invading....unless they are their with people they know that may live in an apt. there....then u cant do much im afraid. |
