don't rent out to anyone from the Third World. Bed bugs, fleas, and lice are almost impossible to eliminate, and you'll have all three.

Not to mention repulsive germs everywhere, and their filthy cooking habits will destroy your kitchen. You'll have to gut out your kitchen and replace everything to get rid of the evil odors.

You better have someone that is trustworthy and well paid that you can depend on to check on them at least weekly unless you don't care what happens to your property. And really knows what they are doing.
I been there & only one in a thousand people give a damn about you or your property even the realties suck & don't like to manage rentals unless they are phony dirt bags themselves and rent out to people that party your house to death or bring in a buss load of jerks to profit on you be REAL CAREFUL & GET A BIG CASH DEPOSIT, OR SCREW IT, it's not worth it.
