No. A one bedroom flat has a seperate bedroom. A bedsit has a living room with a bed in it ie it doesnt have a bedroom. They are also sometimes called a studio |

No a one bedroom flat usually will have one bedroom, a sitting room, kitchen, and bathroom. A bedsit on the otherhand is usually just one room - with no sitting room, and a tiny kitchen area, and a bathroom/toilet that is shared by residents in the building. That is the bathroom is not in you living area. Some bedsits however do have a shower in in your room! |
