What actions can I take against my formal apartment manager for calling me a whore?
When my formal managers tried to kick me out I fought the case on the grounds of discriminatory eviction. We settled and I moved out. When I went to get the last of my belongings and to clean the apartment the manager and I had words and she called me a whore. This is after they told me I couldn't have one day to finish getting my things and clean the apartment so I had to pay for 2 weeks of rent for which I was not in the rental unit. During which time that my rent was paid she told my friend that the apartment was empty and she didn't have any reason to go up to my apartment. They basically harrassed me and my friends for the last 6 months to a year of my tenancy. What actions can I take against her/them?
Additional Details
Months ago she also implied that I was a whore to my ex- boyfriend while he was visiting me

She can call you whatever she wants, just as you can call her whatever you want. You are each free to have unfavorable opinions of the other. You could have had some choice words for her too, and I bet you could have done a whole lot better than "whore", lol.

They didn't have to give you a free day. It's not their fault that you didn't plan your move well enough in order to be done in time. You didn't plan your move and your time properly, so you had to pay for two extra weeks. That is nobodys fault but yours.

She told your "friend" that the apartment was empty. So what. It sounds like it was. What is your point?

If they "harassed" you for six months to a year, that should have been taken into consideration when you "settled".

You settled. Your horse already left the barn dearie. Too late. Your chance to do something was during the settlement negotiations.

you moved out....that's the best thing you could have done. You'll never have to deal with them again, and neither will your friends. Sounds like you were hurt, but the hurt goes away in time. The best thing; you were able to rise above them and move on. You will be much happier living somewhere else. Good deal, and you WIN!

stop acting like a victim and get on with your life. She called you a name? are you kidding? who cares!

Sweet Mystery of Life
If you went beyond the date specified in the settlement, then you have no recourse. If you were within the date then you could go back to court and more then likely get your money back.
Suing someone because they call you an offensive name is sheer lunacy and counterproductive at best.
It's time to put this unpleasantness behind you and move on. Stewing over her remarks only hurts you.

it's not worth the trouble for such trivial matters - there are already too many frivolous lawsuits out there, we don't need another. People call other people bitches, whores, dick, bastard..u name it on a daily basis. If everyone wants to take legal actions like you, we're all in jail by now.

Brush it off and go on, or feel free and ***** at her back!

it doesn't matter if you were in there your stuff was so you have to pay no matter what as for the name calling big deal sticks and stones may break my bones.................so what.............just get on with your life and quit drawing bad karma on yourself by trying to fuel an already exsisting fire
