What adds value to a house?
Please help i can't decide!
What adds more value to a house-:
Having 2 reception rooms (1 lounge, 1 dining room)
OR
1 lounge and a big kitchen, diner
My house has an open plan front room diner with french doors going into a conservatory, fire places either end and a bay window...but.... the kitchen is quite small. So would i be better off having a front room with bay window & fireplace and having a open plan kitchen, diner with french doors (Don't really want to loss the traditional fire place but it would look odd i think, so i might have to?)
Which ever option i take i would still have lots of natural light as i'm end terrace and have windows on the side as well! Additional Details Bigboy - Well thank you, but i'm married!
Jimbo - My hubby is a good one too. Lets me have what ever i want- problem is i don't know what i want & have to ask y/a!!!
Kitchens and baths sell houses. Other things are nice, but....

omg this is gonna sound so pathetic coming from me but lol i actually love the HGTV channel - like addicted anyways lemme think what they said...if your trying to buy which i assume you are you should paint all the walls like a neutral beige kinda color. kitchens and bathrooms tend to be the most important...you should really watch HGTV for me it's channel 39 anyways i would put my money into making that kitchen sparkle!!!

Kitchens are the heart of the home and what ever you put in upgrading your kitchen you will always get back your monies that was invested in to them the number second thing that gets the most for your dallor is bathrooms so If I had to pick it would be the kitchen hands down the bigger the better I hope this has helped you.
