You are making a BIG mistake if you are making a buying decision based on pictures or "cute". FORGET the pictures and study the numbers, fall in love with the math and then you will have money to make ANY house "cute". |

The house does look very nice and a good price. Is an ex-local authority house?
Please check out your neighbours thoroughly, one bad neighbour can make your life hell, make sure you check out anyone who's property back on to the rear garden. The property market is very slow at the moment, you could go in with a cheeky offer. Good luck babe. |
