I would love to buy that. However, I do NOT think it is worth the price. I understand where it is located - but it's not that big.

Sorry, just seems as if you're soliciting this place. If you really did see that other guy's question about this place, you wouldn't come on here and ask the same question he did. If you were really thinking about the place, you'd ask the person selling it. |
