Having an extra bedroom is always a good idea/
When I was single w/ an xtra room I used it as a study/homework room.
A friend of mine used her extra room for winter clothes, sewing stuff and her treadmill.
My BF and I use the extra bedroom we have as "the cats' room"
We keep the litte boxes in it and othe cat related stuff.
With 5 cats we need a whole room for that, lol.
Anyway, get the extra bedroom. Believe me, once you have it you'll wonder how you managed without it. :) |

It's nice to get computers and instruments and stuff out of your living and dining areas, so it more resembles a typical home. |

I use mine as a second bedroom for guests. But I also use it when there are no guests as just a place to chill away from others. And since it is near my laundry, I use the bed to fold laundry. :) |

we used it for a computer room for a while (5 months) then I got pregnant and its the baby room. we first lived in a one bed room apartment and grew out of it with in a few months. We moved in to the two bedroom and since I got prego we have no room. Were looking at a 3 bedroom house with storage LOL |

You can make it a family room or den, guest room or storage. I lived many years in one bedroom units and was fine. If you don't want the extra space save the money. You might have more stuff in a few years then want a spare room. |
