Ususally that is Water, Sewer, gas and ele. You would be responsible however for Cable and Phone. However I have recently noted that one complex in the city I live in that they are including Cable and Internet. It is best to call and find out which ones thet are including. Does it Include Heat and A/C? You would have to ask. |

that the building pays for all utilities like gas,electricity, most of the time everything is already included on your rent so you still pay for it,the only thing that you dont have to worry to pay it every month because they are the ones sending the bills. |
