My husband has been working in management for 12 years, and furnish means when the apartment come with furniture, bed, tables, lamps, stove, refrigerator, and curtains etc....
pretty much everything you need to have even kitchen accessories. When the apartment as unfurnished that means there is no furniture at all, sometimes they will have a stove, fridge, and curtains but nothing else. Hope this clears it up for you Jasmine |

It means they will rent it with furniture or without furniture. Some people dont have furniture and it might be convenient for them to not have to bother with moving or purchasing furniture if it's just for a short time. You will usually pay more for a furnished apartment than an unfurnished one. |

It means that the apartment is available furnished or unfurnished. If both appear in an ad with a slash between them, you have a choice(and possibly a different rental rate). |

furnished means that the apartment already has furniture , unfurnished means that it does not, so you have to supply your own. |

It means you can rent the apartment either furnished or unfurnished. That is, the landlord will remove the furniture provided and reduce the rent accordingly. |

It means if you don't have furniture they will furnish with the bare necessities...couch...chair..bed....if you cannot afford to furnish your own place you are better off staying where you are until you can. You really don't want to live with someone elses possessions...it'll make you miserable...trust me..good luck baby girl... |
