You must take 2 courses one can be business law and one can be real estate principles. There is a list you can check to see if you have taken 2 of the classes. Then you have to take your states real estate license test. They give it once a year at a different location. Check with the board of real estate in your area. You have to pay and pre register for the test and pass. Good Luck! You can study on your own. Don't get suckered into a real estate school. Rip off! |

You don't say where you live or want to have an RE License.
Not enough space here to go into detail. If you are serious, go to your state real estate commission web site. That should give you educational requirements.
Talk to local brokers and agents to see what it will take in your area to have a shot at success.
