There is a process that has to be completed when an application is submitted. Items may need verification, underwriting officer may need to review...etc... I would keep on them though, sometimes it just means they haven't got to it yet.. |

its pending for one reason or another, i.e We've lost your application but don't want to admit it or we have a six stage process for such application your's is currently at stage 2 or ... the list is endless ! |
