What is 10 % of $69,550?
what is 10% of 69,550 Additional Details 1 i came up with 6,995 but i wanted to make sure it wasnt just me cause i dont think that this house is worth putting that much down own thats why i wanted to check my caculation (and this is intented for the loser who posted the comment if you couldnt figure that out dont buy a house)
$6,955.00 would be the correct answer. Why 10% of the amount? Is that what you're going to use as a down payment on a home? If so then you should try 25%. Not only will you get a lower mortgage payment per month, but you'll have a greater amount of equity to borrow against later on.

$6,955.00 But the more you put down the less interest you have to pay and you can also have lower payments.
P.S. My boss is a millionaire and I know quite a few things he can't do. So disregard the loser
