I understand the bath, half bath, and 3/4 bath, but i am at a loss for the 2.1 baths.
Additional Details
I don't think it is a typo - if you google "2.1 bathrooms" or "2.1 baths" there are thousands of home listings - that many agents couldn't make the same mistake |

There are 2 full baths and 1 powder room. Same with 3.2 bedrooms usually means there are 3 bedrooms upstairs and maybe 2 in the basement like an in-law unit. I work for a real estate company :) |

2.1 bathrooms just means that there are 2 full bathrooms and then one bathroom that just has a sink and a toilet (no shower). Simple as that, hope it helps. |

I think it's a misprint.
Even in decimals, a half bath would be done as ".5 bath"
What I don't understand is the 3/4 bath you mentioned. |
