That depends.. what is your percentage rate will you go for fixed, ARM, adjustable, rates? how much are you putting down, how many years? IF FHA you have to add in PMI...what is your score? what are your other debts? |

my house was 347,000.00 and our payment is approx. 2500 monthly. it depends on a lot of things though...interest, down payment, insurance, term, etc. i think my payment is a little high. |

It would depend on your down payment, but assuming that you put 20% down and have no pmi (private mortgage insurance) then on a traditional 30 yr fixed at 6% your payment would be 1678.74 per month. Add taxes and insurance if you are escrowing for them. |
