Try www.craigslist.com. They let you sell almost anything. The last I looked they don't charge to advertise either.

You can advertise your house in journal that are for people who are tranferring to other cities. Also you can deal with a real estate company that as connections with companies who will have people transferring to florida. You call companies or business that have a high turn over of transfers such the military bases in your area.

I think that Ebay would be a great way for you. It is a little pricey, but millions of people look at Ebay every day! I believe it costs $100 to advertise for up to 10 days and then the price goes up a little for the longer you wish to advertise.
