By purchasing distressed properties, a good opportunity, buying fixer uppers, or if you find a source or legitimate list of foreclosed homes and jump on a good opportunity, then rehab the property, knowing good contractors, (there are many bad ones out there) and creating a budget, sticking to it and finding a good Realtor, that you can negotiate with, let her or him know you will be using his services often and you need them to give you a very good deal on fees/points, so you can use him or her on all your deals. |
