I usually judge on which one looks and sounds the most responsible, and just put them on the lease. by just having one person makes it easier in the long run if there is any damages or rent due. Much easier to have one person in small claims vs. three. |

I think that if you are all good friends then yes go for it. Livin with ppl u luv can help u stay close if u fall out then fine but you will always make up in the end! i have had pleanty of fallouts in my time. so i say yeah get an apartment together! i will wen itcomes to that time. :) |

Don't do it if you are already good friends, would be my advice. Been there, not pretty.
Otherwise, you could try! If any of you are especially picky about messiness, food sharing, or noise levels you also might want to reconsider. It would be wise to discuss these items prior to signing the lease. |
